Workwear servicing

As part of the comprehensive service of deliveries of work clothing and footwear and health and safety products , we offer professional service of workwear, including full maintenance, washing and replacement of worn items of clothing with new ones. Our service allows companies to completely relieve themselves of the responsibilities of managing employee clothing, while ensuring that every employee always receives clean, compliant and ready-to-use kits.

We start the service process with a clothing design, which we create based on the Client’s guidelines or our own proposals. All projects are prepared based on the requirements of specific workplaces and current safety standards. The next stage is the production of clothing – durable, comfortable and tailored to the specifics of the user’s work. As a standard, we supply three sets of clothes for each employee, which ensures continuity of use and the ability to rotate the garment efficiently during the washing cycle.

An integral part of the service is to equip the plant with service cabinets. We provide both lockers for clean clothes and special drop cabinets for dirty clothes. Such a system allows for convenient and contactless handover of clothes for washing and collection of clean sets. On set dates, our employee empties the drop cabinets of dirty clothes, and at the same time replenishes the lockers with freshly washed and ready-to-use clothes.

Thanks to this model of cooperation, the Client does not have to involve their own resources in the issuance, registration and collection of workwear. It saves time, minimizes organizational chaos, and at the same time makes sure that employees always have clothing that meets health and safety requirements.
