The selection of personal protective equipment is one of the services offered by HF SAFETY. A full picture of the needs in the field of PPE is given, m.in, by an audit carried out in the workplace, which allows for the presentation of an PPE offer tailored to real needs. The selection of appropriate measures takes into account the currently applicable occupational health and safety regulations. When choosing appropriate protection, we are primarily guided by the safety of the employee, his comfort at work and the quality of the products offered, and the proposed protective equipment always meets the applicable safety standards, has the CE quality mark and appropriate quality certificates. <\/p>\n

    Personal protective equipment \u2013 necessary equipment for the employee at the workplace<\/h2>\n

    In accordance with the regulations on occupational health and safety, the employer is obliged, m.in, to provide the employee with the organization of work and workplace in such a way as to protect him or her from the risk of accidents and the effects of factors harmful to health. The employer is also obliged to provide employees with personal protective equipment appropriate to the type and level of risks. A prerequisite for the correct selection of PPE is to assess the occupational risk at the workplace. The procedure for selecting personal protective equipment consists in determining the types of hazards and body parts of employees exposed to these hazards, determining the personal protective equipment and the properties that they must have in order to provide the employee with protection against the hazards occurring at their workplace.
